If we are contacted first we will accept a retun of any non-perishable product (ie not cheese or badu products) if the contact is within 14 days of the initial order. Please do not return any items without first getting in touch by email or phone.

Return must be made within 14 days.

If the products are not faulty or damaged and reported as so on delivery, we will not refund the return postage.

We do not accept returns of any perishable products.

A refund will be made for any returned goods once they have been received by us.
