Mexican Altura Finca Aurora Oaxaca

The Finca La Aurora plantation is in Oaxaca and they have chosen to use a minimum of agrochemicals and use they also use their own wet mill for ensuring a carefully washed bean.
This SHG bean comes from between 1200 and 1600 metres above sea level and is a Bourbon Arabica. There is a wonderful depth to this coffee, with the accentuation on the deeper, richer notes. This Finca La Aurora has a smooth body with a chocolate sweetness.
