A blend that was first developed by the first generation of Guntons to run the shop, Herbert.

A carefully balanced blend of Large Leaf Assam and Keemun that gives a malty, yet deeply aromatic and slightly floral tea.

The Keemun counterracts the strength of the Assam to leave a smooth, mellow and rich cup of tea.

Brew for 2-4 minutes.
