Cider Fruit Cake

Moist fruit cake with the addition of cider.





Ingredients: Sultanas(36%), WHEAT flour(calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), EGG, margarine(vegetable oils(palm, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier:polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours(annatto, curcumin, flavouring), glace cherries(8%)( cherries, glucose/fructose syrup, sugar,citric acid, colcour erythrosine, preservatives(potassium sorbate, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), sugar, vegetable glycerine, golden syrup, glucose syrup, cider(2%)(contains SULPHITES), mixed spice, whey powder(MILK), raising agents( diphosphates, sodium carbonates), salt,preservative potassium sorbate.
