Cooked meats, including;

Our 'Home Cooked' Gammon Ham, rolled and cooked on the premises.
and
Honey Roasted Ham, German Blacky Ham, Parma Ham,
Corned Beef, Danish, Milano, Napoli, Chorizo and German Pepper salami.
All available by weight. Sliced or in a joint or chunk.

We also sell chorizos, cabanos and other individual sausages/salami.

Along with various pre-packed salamis and meats.


Fish

We stock peppered and plain smoked Mackerel, Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon,
smoked salmon, rollmops, lumpfish roe and seafood salad.
We also stock a large range of frozen fish from a local fishmonger, based in Clacton.
Including cod, scallops, Greenland prawns, haddock, tuna steak, sea bass, skate wings,
salmon steaks, mussel meat, potted shrimps and more

Salads

Coleslaw, hummous and taramasalata

Pates

Ardennes and Brussels and a guest pate.

Snacks

Scotch eggs, hand raised pork pies ( large or small), vegetable, chicken or lamb samosas,
onion bhajis,spanakopittas, paclavas and various cakes and muffins.

Uncooked Meats

We stock free-range pork products from Primrose Pork
and other pork products from Wicks Manor Farm
including ; smoked and unsmoked back bacon, smoked and unsmoked streaky bacon,
gammon steaks and sausages. All locally produced in Essex within 20 miles.

We also stock Pancetta and Bratwurst.

Hot Snacks

We now bake various snacks on a daily basis in the shop.

Including ; sausage rolls, chicken and mushroom bakes, bacon and cheese slices,
