All products are shipped using First/Second Class Mail or APC Overnight/Tendring Express Services.
All prices quoted in the First Class/ Second Class option at checkout are for delivery to most mainland UK addresses.
If you have a postcode covered by NEXT DAY COURIER NOT HIGHLANDS & LOWLANDS and your order is under 20Kg then the carriage charge is £10.
Any excess weight or extra parcels needed are charged at 65p per 1Kg or part therof.
The following postcodes are NOT covered by our courier and the First or Second class option should be chosen from the dropdown menu.
If you do not choose the correct option we will contact you to ask for the extra payment required. Your order will not be processed until the correct carriage is paid.

NOTE: First Class is a guaranteed 3 day service. The courier is usually a next day service by 4pm but can be 48 hours if the orders are received after 9AM or the delivery area is remote. It is not guaranteed next day but in our experience most do arrive by 4pm next day.
Please do not choose second class for perishable orders (ie cheese/badu curries etc). Use FIRST CLASS OR COURIER for perishables.. If you do choose second class for perishable then it will be sent at your risk. We will not contact you before despatch. We are not responsible for the spoiling of goods if second class is chosen.. Our cold blocks chill for 3 days max.
