Genoa Fruit Cake

Moist fruit cake with sultanas and glace cherries.





Ingredients: Sultanas(36%), WHEAT flour(calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), EGG, sugar, glace cherries(9%)( cherries, glucose/fructose syrup, sugar,citric acid, colcour erythrosine, preservatives(potassium sorbate, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), margarine(vegetable oils(palm, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier:polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours(annatto, curcumin, flavouring), vegetable glycerine, mixed peel(3%)(orange & lemon peel, glucose/fructose syrup, salt, citric acid, preservative(SULPHUR DIOXIDE), glucose syrup, whey powder(MILK), raising agents( disodium diphosphates, sodium bicarbonates), preservative potassium sorbate, flavouring.
