Rooibos ( Red Bush )

Also known as Rooibosch Tea, this herbal infusion consists of the leaves of the Red Bush that grows in South Africa. It is naturally caffeine free and is very high in vitamin C and rich in antioxidants. It has been traditionally used by the Khosian people of the South Western Cape to aid restful sleep and is ideal for night time drinking although it is refreshing at any-time. Good to drink with or without milk and great with lemon. It also makes a refreshing iced tea with mint. Brew for 2-4 minutes.
