Ordering Instructions

1 : To place your order please complete the order form and payment details in full.

2 : Cheques should be enclosed with your order and made payable to H.GUNTON LTD

3 : Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo card holders may order by telephone on 01206 572200.

4 : Delivery to UK addresses will be made within 10 days from receipt of order unless otherwise specified.
( Bulk orders will be quoted for lead time on receipt )

5 : We welcome collection from our Crouch St premises. Please state collection/ delivery when ordering.

6 : All delivery outside of the Colchester Area is by a National Carrier. Usually Parcel Force and will always be quoted to include insurance.

7 : All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value without prior notice.

8 : Any item in stock at our Crouch St shop can be packed and sent anywhere for a small packing charge. Postage is at current Parcel Force Rates.

9 : Discounts available ( negotiable ) for orders received for bulk orders. Orders received by 1st November attract a 5% discount.

10 : Last date for accepting orders is 15 December although we will, if time permits try to fulfill any order received after this date.

11 : To avoid disappointment ORDER EARLY as many lines are subject to limited availability. Christmas deliveries to us start in early October and once its gone its gone.
