Old Brown Government Java |
||
| Body | Originally when the coffee was transported by sail the journey took many months and the coffee was subjected to high moisture in the ship's hold. When faster ships took over the coffee was received sooner but the customers were unwilling to accept the 'fresher' product as the flavour was so different. So the government stored the coffee for a period before exporting it. More earthy & spicier than Sumatra. |
