Body bean bean

A fairly ungraded coffee, which is dried with fruit still attached to the bean. The husks are the removed by milling which produces the irregular shaped beans so often seen in this coffee. The flavour of this coffee is usually described as gamey or chocolatey and sometimes as winey. Overall this is an unusual, pungent and piquant Arabica coffee which must be tasted.
