Kenya Peaberry |
||
| Body | A 'Peaberry' is produced when the berry of a coffee plant matures with only one half of it actually producing a bean. This bean then grows to fill the berry and is said, as a result, to gain in nutriment and hence acquire a better flavour. In comparison with Kenya flat beans the difference manifests itself in a smoother less acidic coffee. |
